This Refund Policy applies to enquiries, order requests, quotations, and confirmed orders placed with FitTwitch Labs FZ-LLC.

FitTwitch Labs FZ-LLC supplies research-use-only laboratory materials and related scientific trading products through an enquiry-based online model.

1. Order Review Before Processing

All enquiries and order requests are reviewed before confirmation, payment instructions, shipping, or fulfilment.

Submitting an enquiry or order request does not guarantee product availability, order acceptance, shipment, or fulfilment.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only where an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, but the order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, documentation issues, courier limitations, or internal review requirements.

Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available where:

• The order has already been processed or shipped
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information was provided
• Delivery failed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details
• The customer requested cancellation after processing began
• The product or material was supplied according to the confirmed order details
• The request is inconsistent with our research-use-only policy

Products and materials are not for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, medical use, veterinary use, clinical use, supplement use, cosmetic use, food use, household use, or administration to humans or animals.

5. Refusal or Cancellation

FitTwitch Labs FZ-LLC may refuse, cancel, or place on hold any enquiry or order that does not meet our research-use-only policy, documentation requirements, courier requirements, or internal review criteria.

Where payment has already been received and the order is cancelled before processing or shipment, refund handling will be reviewed accordingly.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the available payment or banking method agreed with the customer.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or administrative requirements.
